The Nanny Boutique, formerly Nancy’s Nannies of Raleigh, is built on a “service-first” mentality.  We specialize in finding the right fit for your family.  Our services include nanny placement, nanny hiring consulting and professional babysitting. We are a childcare referral service with a special focus on above and beyond customer service.

Our goal is to make the process of hiring a nanny or babysitter as seamless as possible.  From conferencing with the family listening to their needs and wants to always having high quality, well screen candidates and only sending the potential nannies that fit, we put you first.  Once you have found the right nanny, we go even further than any other agency in the Triangle by putting together the work agreement to ensure the relationship between you and your nanny gets off on the right foot.  We take the time to do it right and that is why we are proud to have built a very loyal client and nanny base.  We have repeat business from clients and see a lot of our nannies come back to us again for placement when they finish with a family.
